Aomori Nebuta House - molo

PRICELESS | This little story has nothing to do with our ongoing conversation about saving money, time or energy, but it is about celebrating hometown design heroes—molo’s Stephanie Forsythe and Todd MacAllen—and visually devouring their latest creation, an activity that’s absolutely free.

Aomori Nebuta House in Aomori, Japan- moloWith its twisted ribbons of steel, molo’s design demonstrates yet again the duo’s ability to make construction materials perform in ways previously unimagined (molo’s softwall and cloud softlight are other examples) and to use light and transparency to conjure magic.
