EASY & DELISH | In the annals of dinner party desserts that look so impressive everyone assumes they must be horribly complicated to make, the chocolate soufflé is right up there. To begin with, it’s a soufflé for gawd sakes, and everyone knows that making any sort of soufflé can be a recipe for disaster.
What everyone may not know, or at least what I didn’t know until few weeks ago when an excellent three-minute instructional video dropped into my inbox via The Weekend Fix, a weekly roundup of interesting stuff to see do and buy from the folks at Vancouver magazine, is that making individual chocolate soufflés is pretty much foolproof.
